Title: User Experience Designer


Location: Tysons, VA


Length: 4 + months


This is for the Bank Design Team



Working on a Coaching associate tool to be used in the Cafe to have access to conversation with customers


45 Minute Money Coaching tool which will be used to interact with Customers evant as to whether they are customers or not



Top Deal Breakers for the Role:


Role is UX Designer to figure out the problem and moving the tools on the system


End to End customer interactions from Web Site to the appointment with a Coach


Design a quiz for customers on the website


Hands on UX work translate user needs, style guides, and stakeholder requirements into


elegant solutions for complex problems through wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows



Looking for on Resumes:


Web Platform in Android / IOS Mobile friendly designer


Role will involve a little hacking as they are trying out new platforms


Testing to get the right solution and revamp the flow


Experience building a tool



Work with Tech partners / Marketing partners / Business partners so need to work across the team and come to common platform


Translate learning and requirements into visualization flows


Not much upfront conceptual work more formative process



Combination of vision / sketch / service design / front end development (to work on an API for the hacking side)



Web Most important and in the future will need to move to the Mobile platform



4 months with probable extension depending on the funding



Primarily to complete the cycle


 


Nice to Have:


Snowflake is nice to have but must have some basic knowledge of it


Some Teradata knowledge would be a plus as it is used in the data extraction

• Customer Advocate - You'll dig into who our customers are, what language they use, and how they think, then ensure our products speak their language and reflect their mental models


• UX Designer - You'll translate user needs, style guides, and stakeholder requirements into elegant solutions for complex problems through wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows


• Researcher - You’ll test your prototypes on real customers, analyze data to prioritize adjustments, and iterate until the solution is elegant and usable…then see it rolled out to millions of people!


• Team collaborator – You’ll work closely with content strategists, product managers, developers and business stakeholders to understand and incorporate requirements.
