Job Duties:




•        Accounting background - required




•        Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills – required




•        Analyzing, interpreting and processing a wide variety of transactions, and awareness of their impact to financial statements and other customer reporting




•        Processing a variety of securities and cash related financial transactions with minimal assistance




•        Identifying, researching and resolving financial & transactional problems – using analytical skills




•        Reviewing and verifying data input and output




•        Ability to retrieve and utilize information from trust system and other data sources




•        Process a variety of securities and cash related transactions with minimal assistance




•        Identify, research and resolve problems, and take necessary actions to balance differences within Trust Accounting System




•        Research special items and complete special projects as needed




•        Retrieve and utilize information from trust system and other data sources




•        Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Must have:




•        Accounting background



•        Strong Excel skills



•        Excellent working knowledge of Trust Management



•        Trust Operations background
