The IT Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist will create and/or update documentation for information security and compliance related activities at Denver International Airport. Documents of the following types may be required:
Policies, processes / procedures, guidelines, and standards
End User Guides
Technical Support Reference Guides for both Service Desk Technicians and Administrators
Knowledge Base Reference Articles
End User Communications
The IT Technical Writer will work with internal teams and subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements, to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. The Technical Writer must have prior experience with industry standard documentation tools. Microsoft Office 365, including Visio, preferred.
