    Job description:

    Work Schedule-1st shift, flexible start time (start between 7-9AM)

    Work Experience Required-
    Extensive experience writing work instructions, working with production personnel and engineers to document best practices, organized and efficient with tasking.

    Job Function / Purpose
    Supports Engineering and Operations in maintaining data integrity for new and existing processes and product work instructions. Participates in revising existing and release of new work instructions. Monitors and reports on work instructions in queue, in process and completed to ensure timely availability to operations and engineering. The role also interfaces with engineering, manufacturing engineering and operations consistently.

    Essential Duties
    o Product and Process Documentation Champion: researching, writing and documenting product and process procedures.
    o Work with manufacturing, operations and technicians to ensure that documentation is accurate and thorough to repeat the work and tasking that is being documented.
    o Own day to day tracking of product and process procedures, track and report progress.
    o Contribute to the engineering documentation process.
    o Ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures.
    o Ensure work complies with department standards.
    o File management of documents.
    o Ability to perform allocated tasks efficiently and responsibly.
    o Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering drawings, engineering procedures, and
    communicate routine correspondence.
    o Ability to effectively present documented information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
    o Working knowledge of applicable industry standards, such as ISO, ASTM, ASME, NACE, ANSI, etc.

    HSE Function
    o This position will primarily be a desk-based position with frequent trips to witness and document
    production floor tasks. When performing these tasks, it is mandatory to follow all site HSE guidelines and requirements.

    QA Function
    o Comply with applicable quality assurance standards.

    o Bachelor or Associate degree in Quality/Engineering or equivalent.
    o Minimum 3 years of experience working in manufacturing engineering or other engineering
    o Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is a must.
    o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    o Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    o Demonstrated effective interpersonal and effective teamwork skills.

    Working Conditions
