Job Description

This position will work closely with senior leadership and internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop and implement successful recruiting strategies for recruiting IT Engineering candidates.  We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and creative individuals who will be responsible for interviewing and sourcing and who will work closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to find the best talent.



As a Technical Recruiter you will demonstrate your ability to be creative and find extraordinary talent through a variety of methods. You will communicate effectively with your sourced candidates, build relationships, interview candidates and then liaise with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team alike to maximize their experience.



Core Responsibilities


  • Source IT talent, screen resumes, and conduct interviews

  • Network through multiple platforms to find potential recruiting talent

  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand current programs

  • Determine potential opportunities for existing candidates; maintain pipeline of candidates

  • Facilitate the negotiation process and prepare offer letters

  • Streamline employee on-boarding, and work to grow a cohesive and successful team

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others

  • Demonstrate your ability to prioritize workflow and resolve questions and problems without supervision

  • Show your superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization

Job Requirements


Qualifications

  • 5+ years technical recruiting experience

  • Strong background in recruiting IT related positions, MUST be able to understand IT positions, technology and business domains

  • Strong order management experience, ability to work with difficult hiring managers

  • In-depth knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends

  • Proven track record of managing and closing multiple requisitions, 15-25 open requisitions' at any given time 

  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of high quality talent

  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional technical candidates

  • Interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and team cultural fit

  • Outgoing personality with fluency in communication skills - both spoken and written

  • Enjoys networking with technology professionals in charter meetings, online forums

  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems and ability to document work  

  • Ability to adapt to change and re-prioritize to meet business demands
