5 openings for Technical Recruiter that range from Mid to Senior Level based on experience and ability. Manager will consider both Corporate and Staffing Recruiters, but must have the experience finding candidates that aren't on the job boards. Must be able to find candidates other ways.

What the Manager is looking for in an Technical Recruiter?

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting the latest and greatest technologies. Job boards aren’t in your vocabulary. You think like a technology candidate and interact with their think tanks, user groups, and are completely engrained in that community.

•         Self-driven; you have integrity, superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks

•         Brand Ambassador; you’re self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You’re respectful of the candidate

•         Charismatic; you have a passion for solving people problems and you’re obsessive about candidate experience and career improvement

•         Naturally curious; you crave knowledge and the opportunity to learn. You’re constantly looking for ways to improve

•         Flexible + Team Player; you’re sharp as a tack with the ability to think outside-the-box. You’re able to adapt to change and don’t get overwhelmed easily

Daily Duties for Technical Recruiter:

•         Source passive candidates in the technology space, such as:

•         Full Stack Developers, Mobile Dev, DevOps, Java, Cloud Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Angular, Python, etc

•         Implore a unique sourcing strategy that results in finding highly sought after talent

•         Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to qualify requisitions and develop a strategy to attract talent

•         Effectively sell the culture and value of the company

•         Communicate effectively via email, in person, and phone

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Technical Recruiter:

•         Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

•         4+ years full life cycle recruiting (HUGE emphasis on technology recruiting and sourcing)

•         Metrics-driven mindset

•         Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite

•         Ability to multi task and navigate multiple systems

•         Ability to take feedback and continuously push yourself

•         High attention to detail
