This is a Tech BA III-
The profile of the Oracle EBS is similar-but this role is on the analyst side, working with the developers. So they need to have a certain level of a technical background.

This team and the development team work closely and the skills will overlap.
Similarly, this role is at a level III but we can flex up, we can consider remote candidates, and candidates on a visa is not an issue.
Technical Business Systems Analyst with a strong hands-on ERP experience in the Financials space that would provide functional and technical support to internal business customers. This person will also capture functional requirements and use them to produce detailed functional specifications, test strategies, project plans and provide implementation and post-production support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide industry best practices in the design and configuration of new processes in Oracle R12 EBS application for Financials - RTR, PTP, OTC tracks and other key processes and areas based on prior experience
- Create plans and manages both small and large project initiatives to assure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe
- Communicate and track progress toward company and departmental goals and initiatives and ensure team responsibilities are communicated
- Leverage deep understanding of business and technology and collaborate with other groups to ensure that the end-to-end solution delivered to the customer exceeds expectations
- Drive the upgrades and patching of Oracle, cloud, web or mobile applications in the organization
- Work with business users to resolve customer problems with software applications using trouble shooting skills and functional expertise
- Ensure all supported solutions are kept updated on the Information Security standards as well as adhere to SOX compliance
- Develop test strategy and author test plans as required for application releases, enhancements and patches
- Leverage prior test automation experience to design automated testing where feasible
- Drive automation and innovation where possible to streamline internal or external business processes
- Perform fit-gap analysis and develop solutions with business process improvement recommendations
- Write high quality functional specifications and key design decision documents for all projects undertaken
- Participate in and contribute to all phases of systems development; including requirements, design, development, client training, data conversion, testing and maintenance to achieve the successful development and implementation of the customer's business systems
- Create high quality presentations to put forth challenges and potential solutions to bring about quick resolutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or related field
- 7 + years of experience with implementing and supporting ERP, web applications, services and interfaces across the financials functional area
- Working experience of Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Comfortable working in a complex integrated systems landscape
- Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the skills and capabilities of the organization
- Experience on HR, or internal corporate systems tracks is a plus
