Job Description

  • Main duties for this are to ensure KPIs trend to expectation after baseband changeout at cell sites
  • Daily/Weekly Monitoring of RAN KPIs of the sites that are migrated and trending KPIs to ensure they meet regional acceptance criteria for day 1 and after a week.
  • Tracking off all issues that do not meet regional acceptance criteria and driving all issues to resolution
  • Creating, updating, and sending daily/weekly Reports and creating dashboards which contain pre/post hourly and daily data for performance teams.
  • Assist in creating and updating configuration files and scripts for migrations
  • Provide support for parameter translation and work directly to update parameters/setting that are not migrated over properly and ensuring parameters match regional GPL
  • Interfacing with Network Assurance on any issues like PIM/VSWR/Dirty fibers as migrations occur and tracking all these issues to resolution
  • Troubleshooting degraded sites as migrations occur and ensuring SPE are notified and tickets are opened with vendors.
  • Market and Regional level trending of major KPIs and statistical analysis
  • Implementing New Feature and Parameter optimization and creating specific parameter sets for testing
  • Optimizing clusters that arent performing up to standards and provide statistical analysis
  • Identifying high runners and analysis of degraded sectors/sites as sites are migrated
  • Provide support for Mobility, Reliability, and Retainability strategy

Job Requirements


  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Skilled in Tableau
  • Proficient with Ericsson ENM and AMOS.
  • Knowledge of Nokia
  • NSP and SAM is a plus.


  • Bachelor's degree or prior relevant work experience.


  • Main duties will be 9-5 but there may be other hours worked at times.
