System Administrator/Telephony AVAYA

We have a client that is Detroit, Michigan-based utility incorporated in 1995 involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. They are looking for a System Administrator/Telephony AVAYA

System Administrator/Telephony AVAYA Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks.
  • Primarily supporting the Avaya phone systems for moves, adds, and changes.
  • The System Administrator/Telephony Avaya consultant maintains and upgrades the enterprise’s telephony (AVAYA) operating environment.
  • They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the operating environments; responding to problems and planning for growth. Additional functions and processes include service and product management, performance and capacity management, incident management and troubleshooting.

System Administrator/Telephony AVAYA Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree MIS CIS or Related Science is highly desired
  • Experience supporting Avaya Telephony systems
