Support Services Analyst - Level III

Primary skills are the following:

  • Must have experience working with systems that mimic the plant environments which is the Honeywell Distributed Controls system not the Honeywell facility management software / systems exp. Most candidate have been wrong level of Honeywell exp.
  • Also need to be a super strong Server Administrator not an engineer.
  • Strong support knowledge of VEEM which is the support application for VMWare.
  • Knowledge of the ESXI tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Process Controls would be a Benefit or Bonus skill
  • Will be doing heavy monitoring and analysis along with providing support to the Engineers using the tolls and systems. Prefer strong understanding of supporting Data Centers and Server Operations.
