Hands on experience on Kinaxis is a MUST.
6-10 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role with proven experience in establishing and running S&OP process on Kinaxis Rapid Response
Experience with business analyst or solution consultant (NEEDED), understanding of Supply Chain Planning or Kinaxis Rapid Response. Must be able to walk the experience, roles & responsibilities. Must be able to walk through the Kinaxis team training experience, which is required as one would be training the teammates.
Very deep exposure to setting up and executing Supply Chain & Operational Planning processes (including understanding of technology for Demand-Supply Balancing and collaboration). Exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, RCCP, and ATP on Kinaxis Rapid Response platform. Ability to analyze supply chain operational data to identify opportunities and develop insights. Perform fit-gap analysis. Functions/BA/ Need very strong experience to train employees on Kinaxis
