Job Description

Sr Project Manager

  • Partner closely with planning and prioritization leads and SMEs to plan, sequence, and coordinate complex actions across multiple departments and senior stakeholders to complete key program deliverables
  • Track, monitor, and perform quality assurance of key information and data flowing into/out of the processes under management
  • Communicate prolifically, keeping stakeholders aware of expectations and status
  • Facilitate key meetings with Sr. Leaders - including thorough pre, live, and post meeting activities
  • Collaborate with others to identify, diagnose, communicate, and help resolve risks and issues preventing short-term progress and long-term success
  • Proactively advise and consult with partners and stakeholders on opportunities to streamline and integrate routines; propose solutions and take initiative to resolve where possible
  • Effectively manage the end to end delivery of project
  • Lead project teams to develop and execute initiative delivery plans
  • Provide technical leadership and influence strategic direction
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Identify, track and resolve issues and risks related to the initiative

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Lead Project Manager, Program Manager,Implementation Manager or strategic planning role
  • Able to work outside of rigid Project Management guidelines; won’t always be using standard PM tools and templates
  • Well-spoken, excellent communication skills with strong ability to influence
  • Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners
  • Finance, business or marketing experience
