Job Description

Sr Investment Call Center Advisor - Seeking Licensed Investment Consultants that are upbeat, have high energy and work well in a team player environment. The Sr Investment Call Center Advisor, will perform various tasks including support for customers on an online investment segment, where investors can buy stocks, options, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. This will also include real-time tradings through many digital mediums. The Sr Investment Call Center Advisor, will use sales and service techniques to create lasting customer relationships, while utilizing multiple computer programs and account-specific information to provide tailored, end-to-end solutions for our valued customers.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience

  • Currently active FINRA Series 7 license

  • Currently active FINRA Series 63 license or Series 66

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with making trades within internal platforms

  • Promote solutions that help our customers invest in a way that works for them based off of the customer’s specific situation and needs

  • Provide outstanding customer service in order to meet the needs of valued customers through call handling, chat and email interaction

  • Provide account support for key customers 

  • Assist customers with conversions or liquidations
