Sr Data Engineer

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Sr Data Engineer for an opportunity with a client located in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud migration project - On-Prem to AWS
• Team is developing a data/analytics platform based on Databricks
• Looking for Data Engineers who would help in building this infrastructure
• Strong Infrastructure as code exp like Terraform
• AWS Gov Cloud exp is needed
• Will be building Minimum Viable Product releases

Requirements:

• DevOps Engineer
• AWS
• AWS Services - EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, Route53, Subnets, Transit Gateway, Guard duty, AWS Config, etc
• Data Lakes - Databricks, ETL, Glue, Crawlers, Snowflake, Quicksight, Athena, etc
• Terraform
• Development Background - Java, Python, Scala
• CI/CD - Jenkins, GitLab
• Microservices
• SOA - Service Oriented Architecture
• API Management - API Gateway, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Integration Bus, etc
