Position Summary

Leadership of projects at DISYS requires a solid grounding in web technologies, a passion for working with customers, and the ability to lead a talented team.  You will manage the account and customer relationship for key accounts, as well as, manage the design and implementation of Digital solutions for our clients, delivering premier, creative, complex, high-volume, high-visibility, enterprise-scale websites and web-based applications. You will be responsible for sales and growth opportunities on key accounts.  You'll drive implementation projects, ranging anywhere from four weeks to two years, within an expanding global services group working in today's hottest and most rapidly growing enterprise software sectors.

General Job Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years’ experience working as an Account Manager/Executive within a staff augmentation and managed services line of business OR extensive recruitment background

  • Previous experience with customers at the CIO Level

  • Experience supporting name brand accounts is highly preferred.

  • Proven Capability to drive sales; ability to prospect new accounts and create a strong value proposition for the client

  • Strong communicator of oral and written work; also good presentation skills

  • Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies

  • Understands the importance of documentation and the utilization of tracking tools

  • Knowledge of assigned vertical/industries with an ability to learn quickly

  • Superior interpersonal skills-work collaboratively within a matrix organization

  • Adaptable to change

  • Project Execution Responsibilities:

    •        Directs technical teams and facilitates the integration of subtasks to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors

    •        Serves as focal point to Management for managing all tasks and subtasks and as Principal Representative for project direction and providing project status updates, including financial status

    •        Provides information to Management regarding significant issues, provides recommended solutions in a transparent manner, and takes corrective action to issues brought by Executive Leadership or Contracting Officer Representative

    •        Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders

    •        Ensures that deliverables achieved and presented as required

    •        Develop accurate project timelines and resource estimates as part of the project planning process

    •        Provide outstanding project management support including monitoring and reporting on the project progress, issues, risks, and results

    •        Define and coordinate UAT efforts for a variety of projects with development team and business users

    •        Create and maintain project and system documentation, including development and testing procedures

    •        Build and maintain strong relationships beyond the development team to work effectively with technical and non-technical business partners

    •        Analyze and resolve production issues working independently or with the support of the development team.

    •        Lead teams involved with deployment of new and complex web-based software systems involving multiple customizations and integration points

    •        Develop Project Scope Management Plan used to define, manage, control, verify and communicate to the project team and clients

    •        Define requirements and use cases for software features and functionality

    Ability to vet business and technical requirements

  • Additional Requirements:

    •        Requires legal authorization to work in the United States

    •        Willingness to Travel at least 30% on average

    Overtime may be required

Job Requirements

  • •        8+ years of years of Project Management Experience and/or 8+ years of experience in the IT software industry

  • •        Minimum Bachelor's degree; Science, Business or related disciplines (Master's Preferred)

  • •        Bachelors or Master’s degree from a 4-year University

  • At least 7 years Consulting/Agency/IT Services experience in Information Technology
