Job Description:

Develops test plans and test cases. Develops automated tests. Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management. Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes. Works with multiple development teams and software projects. Experience with a test tracking software package is desired.

Core requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience required.
  • All candidates need previous experience from the Banking industry, Risk (preferably Fraud Risk), analysts and testers from the IT side (not business), SQL, Oracle.
  • QA should be hands on tester, not a QA lead.

Nice to have skills:

  • Lynx app functional knowledge
  • Spanish/English language proficiency is not required but nice to have.
