Social Media Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 4-6 months

Job Description:

  • The incumbent will help facilitate the delivery of our digital transformation of the site.

  • They will work closely with our web operations teams to gather business requirements and ensure they are properly executed by our development team.

  • Break down design into user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Obtain an understanding of how web pages are created within our content management system (AEM)

  • Clearly explain and document the functional requirements for the front end display and backend content management system

  • Perform business acceptance testing within the sprint lifecycle

  • Troubleshoot code issues with site enhancements/rollouts.


Job Details:

  • Possess excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms

  • Some experience with development of web pages/applications using HTML5, XML, Javascript and CSS

  • Excellent written/verbal/visual communication skills

  • Highly collaborative in reaching out to peers/product owners for validation on requirements

  • Experience with JIRA, web frameworks or design systems, prototyping tools a plus

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
