Social Media Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 4-6 months
Job Description:
The incumbent will help facilitate the delivery of our digital transformation of the site.
They will work closely with our web operations teams to gather business requirements and ensure they are properly executed by our development team.
Break down design into user stories and acceptance criteria
Obtain an understanding of how web pages are created within our content management system (AEM)
Clearly explain and document the functional requirements for the front end display and backend content management system
Perform business acceptance testing within the sprint lifecycle
Troubleshoot code issues with site enhancements/rollouts.
Job Details:
Possess excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms
Some experience with development of web pages/applications using HTML5, XML, Javascript and CSS
Excellent written/verbal/visual communication skills
Highly collaborative in reaching out to peers/product owners for validation on requirements
Experience with JIRA, web frameworks or design systems, prototyping tools a plus
