Job Description

Responsibilities *

• Plan, lead, and execute SharePoint 2013 Content Management, Site Configuration and Web development tasks for Human Resources content and sites.

• Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to define and scope SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality.

• Provide day-to-day operations support and configuration management, serve as the point of contact for differentiating functional issues from technical issues, and resolve technical issues.

• Provide innovative solutions to achieve client goals and objectives (out of the box and customized).

• Solicit input from users for upgrades and additional functionality of the tools offered through the communities of practice (COP) and research the availability of new tools internally and externally to assist developers in enhancing and improving the current tool set to better meet the needs of the users.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in intranet design including information architecture, personas and user stories

• 3-5 + years of experience with SharePoint 2010-2013 configuration or customization (advanced user)

• Experience HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Experience with SharePoint 2013 Web part application and configuration development

• Experience with interfacing SharePoint to Microsoft Office 2010 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or Visio as well as Google Analytics.

• Experience with supporting knowledge management or working as part of an information management organization

• Experience with problem solving, business process analysis, and redesign

• Ability to leverage expertise in time management to complete assignments independently and effectively

• Graphic Design/PhotoShop skills helpful
