Client: Large Bank
Location: San Francisco, CA (Work onsite Monday-Thursday. Remote on Friday)
Candidate Requirements: MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Terms: 12 Month contract (Extensions and Conversion to FTE is feasible)
Position Title: Senior Business Project/Program Manager


***Candidate needs to be local to San Francisco, CA
*** Desires candidates that have strong Project/Program Management, including those that have led very complex work across the enterprise that included components such as HR, Compliance, Tech, etc.
***Experience working within a Transition Environment is highly desirable, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is plus
***Experience working & managing projects derived from consent orders, another huge plus


Job Description:

  • Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight.
  • Provides leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
  • May manage a small team.

Job Requirements

Desired Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • Experience in Large, complicated, matrixed environments.
  • Experience with projects related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Experience with projects related to transitions at large corporations
  • Prefer experience working projects for companies under a Federal consent order or consent decree.
