Top Skills:
1) 8+ years working as a Scrum Master, responsible for agile ceremonies, leading sprints, stand ups, etc. Preferred experience will be acting as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment.
2) Coordinating/communication- this resource will be working and coordinating with several teams since the code that this team is producing, will be used by multiple business units within the company
3) Experience working with Design Systems or common front-end component libraries. This is a UI project, so a Scrum Master that has experience working on these types of projects, closely with the technical team, is highly preferred.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience working with AEM.
