Role: SailPoint Admin/Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 months (Contract to Hire)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Department handles IAM.

  • There are 6 people in the team.

  • Basically, providing level 3 support - SME for SailPoint tools.

  • Two different deployments of SailPoint, one for internal employees and one for customers. this role supports both applications. All in IAM space.

  • Involved in day-to-day deployment on vulnerability patching for lower-level deployments, triaging issues, working with dev team, doing deployment and any other remediation work.

    Some on call rotation- 24/7 - the way that is handled is the team splits up the on call to avoid over time.

  • They are on call every 6 weeks. 7 days on.

    Being driven by new work that came onto the team's plate.

    Release schedule is already set with resources, this will focus on production effort.

    General knowledge of java is preferred. Java is important- trouble shooting and analysis is done with java.
