Job Description

The Representative will be responsible for initiating new customer enrollments, preparing service claims and coordinating the dispatch of technicians for our A/C, Plumbing, and Generator & Electrical trades. Their primary job is to acquire new customers and enroll them in our services for any issues they may have in their home. Agent is expected to maintain sales KPI’s metrics set by leadership. They will also work closely with the other members of the Sales Team to determine best practices and market trends that support the sales initiatives. 

Job Requirements

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 
Enroll new customers in salesforce, ability to efficiently navigate salesforce. 
Interact with customers for our utility, issue service work orders, and analyze accounts to resolve billing inquiries, negotiate payment options/deposits and provide customers with assistance in obtaining various company products and services. 
Ability to analyze and document detailed information form, for and about customers. 
Detail oriented, high level of accuracy when enrolling customers, ensure customers are enrolled in the correct plan. 
Intuitive to customer needs and ensures customer is set up in plan that is best fit for them. 
Achieve, maintain and exceed monthly performance metrics, 
Provide best-in-class customer service. 
Coordinate with cross functional teams (dispatch department) to determine and share best practices for contacting customers and securing business. 
Proactively identify and share any areas of opportunity/growth with leadership. 
Diffuse customer escalations (customer save skills). 

1-3 years sales, credit and/or collections or equivalent experience required. Ability to think independently, complete operational transactions with high level of accuracy 

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
SAP knowledge preferred. 
Mathematical/analytical skills.
