Job Description/ Requirements:
The Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment within assigned business units, with specific concentration on Marketing and Information Technology roles. Full lifecycle is to be inclusive of reviewing job descriptions, gathering and entering job requisitions details, approval & posting of open roles, developing a sourcing & recruiting strategy, screening and selecting candidates for interviews, and assisting management in interview scheduling and hiring decisions.

Job Requirements


Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a requisition load of 15-20 openings and adhere to an established recruitment process
• Screen, assess, and phone screen candidates for required minimum qualifications
• Assist hiring managers in interview process, including scheduling external candidates
• Passive source candidates via available social & professional networking sites


• 5-7 years of recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interface across multiple levels of the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong sourcing skills
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
