 We are looking to add an experienced Recruiter to our R4R team.  What’s R4R you say?  Recruiting for Recruiters.  Our division is growing year over year and we need a talented, personable and results-oriented person to help us continue to grow and provide solutions for our clients.  We work with some amazing companies and those companies depend on us to deliver best in class Talent Acquisition and HR resources. •                 Driver -  Must love getting results!  Every placement is a win and you don’t like to lose, but when that happens you learn from it and come back stronger.  Bring us your A game!

•                 Communicator -  You’re working on a team, not in a vacuum.  We use email, phones, Skype, etc. to talk with each other, with employees, candidates and clients.  There is no mind reading, you must be strong at communicating with others.

•                 Organized – You will be consistently working with moving parts so staying organized and data integrity are very important aspects to being successful.

•                 Understands Recruiting -  You need to have years of being “in the trenches” – hands on recruiting experience for technical and/or non-technical talent. We need someone who understands how to find, connect, attract, screen and hire Recruiters since this is our focus.

•                 Networker -  Do you like to stay in touch with people, know what’s going on in the TA world, keep up on industry trends and news?  Great, us too. We like to cultivate long term relationships.

•                 Curious -  The best Recruiters are ones that are always curious and know how to dig, interview and learn more than what is on the surface.

Job Requirements

Overall Requirements:

•        3+ years’ experience as a full lifecycle Recruiter

•        Strong written and oral communication skills with a high level of detail orientation

•        Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others

•        Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow and resolve questions and problems without supervision

•        Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization

•        Understanding of applicant tracking systems and ability to document work

•        Ability to adapt to change and reprioritize to meet business demands

•        Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience

As a Recruiter you will:

•        Achieve quota targets – both outcome and activity

•        Provide qualified candidates to open requisitions based on SLA objectives

•        Perform all salary negotiations and lock down all candidates and subcontractors

•        Provide skill based, market feedback on open requirements to DISYS Sales Teams

•        Participate in position specific training as assigned/requested

•        Follow DISYS processes and use provided tools effectively

•        Produce high quality work by ensuring attention to detail

•        Communicate effectively and positively

•        Accelerate productivity by suggesting new methods that improve team/DISYS effectiveness
