Job Description

Legal Recruiting Team, this position will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting. This position will support Legal recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions. The Recruiter will foster ongoing collaborative and effective working relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners and with other Recruiters on the team. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

•             Serving as subject matter expert to line of business regarding recruiting process and practices 

•             Conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities 

•             Consulting with senior management to recommend candidates, offer packages, etc. Identifying and executing opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring efforts 

•             Staying current with industry and staffing trends, relevant companies and competitive data 

•             Utilizing creative approaches to direct sourcing, cold calling, competitor research, internet search, networking and referrals, as well as traditional sourcing methods 

•             Qualifications 

•             4+ years recruiting or human resources consulting experience. 

•             Demonstrated proficiency with various search techniques on the Internet, as well as resume databases. 

•             Expertise in sourcing for passive Legal specialized professionals and/or senior level management (i.e. internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, company database sourcing and leveraging social media). 

•             Demonstrated experience in delivering recruiting strategies. 

•             Previous experience supporting the recruitment of Legal Professionals 

•             Experience working in Financial Services industry is a plus. 

Job Requirements

Experience in full desk recruitment in either Legal or Financial industries.
