Position Summary (Purpose of job):

The position requires demonstrated success understanding, designing and implementing software-based integration solutions for healthcare applications. This individual will leverage market research and analysis, as well as client and internal feedback, to define key technical and business functionality for net new and existing product integrations with partner applications, demonstrating a positive return on investment for mutual customers and Decision Management. 

He/she will work closely with the Business Development organization to provide technical support and guidance relative to developing and managing new business relationships and driving revenue and growing the Decision Management book of business. 

The ideal candidate is a highly detailed oriented, motivated self-starter, organized, and can clearly communicate information with business users, technical / software engineers, clinical and implementation staff.  An understanding of technical product management, the Pragmatic Marketing framework and inherent quality in an Agile Kanban and Scrum methodologies is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities (List the top five to seven essential responsibilities in priority order):







Work closely with Partners to understand the integration model and will have responsibility for successful technical completion of new integrations.  Formulates technical and functional requirements, collaborates with software technicians to research existing business and system processes.

Work closely with Partners to manage existing relationships and integrations, proactively resolving integration-related issues by identifying and delivering solutions.

Create, document and manage 24 month rolling integration product roadmap leveraging Agile philosophy.

Serve as resource for Client Services, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Training, Customer Support, Consulting Services, and Operations teams to answer integration-related questions and present integration solutions.  Attend sales calls and conferences as necessary. 

Collaborates within and across Change Healthcare to ensure strategic direction is consistent and existing products are integrated or leveraged as appropriate.







Minimum Job Qualifications:

Education/Training –

Degree in STEM discipline, business, public health or healthcare administration is desired.  Nursing or clinical degree is helpful, but not required.  Pragmatic Marketing certification is also desirable.

Business & Technical Experience –

The preferred candidate will have 5+ years of healthcare technology experience with hospital and/or payer solutions.  Experience in technical and business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.  Delivering products with APIs is a plus.  The preferred candidate will also have 3+ years product management experience.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate through PowerPoint presentations.  Must be comfortable with public speaking and skilled in developing high quality persuasive presentations.  Must possess strong computer application skills and logical thinking around workflow applications. Must be customer focused and able to create visible value.
