POS Support Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job Description:

  • Member of the Extended Support team located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
  • Provide technical support to the POS team for the following activities:
    • Gather data for production problems on the POS solutions: Front end, self-checkout, and mobile POS.
    • Provide initial problem determination and analysis to the client team.
    • Assist the L2 team with data analysis and problem resolution.
    • Review client  installation procedures

Required skills:

  • Experience providing support for 4690 OS POS solutions such as SurePOS ACE and Self-checkout.
  • Experience training retailers staff members on 4690 OS solutions.
  • Experience creating and reviewing POS solution installation packages and procedures.
  • Ability to provide software utilities to gather and analyze data from POS solution for problem determination purposes.
