Job Description:

•         This group is the reporting unit for the Elder Abuse Reporting Team

•         Logging correspondence that is received from government agencies

•         Reviewing suspected elder abuse reports and determining if the allegations meet with state requirements to file a verbal or written report with the agency

•         Researching particular state elder abuse requirements

•         Some phone work – speaking with law enforcement or Adult Protection Services

•         Correcting any grammatical errors in reports before sending to appropriate agency

•         Reviewing bank statements or financial accounts

Position Type/Duration of Assignment: 6 month contract that could be extended

Hours/Schedule : M-F 8:30am-5:00pm but some days could work to as late as 5:30pm or 6pm, so managers ask to be flexible

Must Haves:

•         1+ years of banking or financial services experience – ability to review financial accounts and bank statements

•        Elder abuse reporting experience a plus

•        Must have professional communication skills

•        Must be detail oriented and able to research

•        Must be computer savvy and have strong data entry skills – will be working with multiple programs simultaneously

•        Customer care focused

•        Smart and detail oriented
