Job Description -

  • Experience in the payments system and will have knowledge of Visa and MasterCard compliance rules. Participate in the oversight program and due diligence process of our largest customers and will be responsible for accurately reviewing and assessing risks and controls, exhibiting appropriate judgment regarding issue notification, drafting findings and final audit reports, and assisting in communications with company partners. Provide oversight of operational risk and compliance programs. Responsible for implementing and monitoring risk-based programs to identify and mitigate any operational risks that arise from inadequate or failed internal processes, controls, staff, systems or external events. Tracking remediation plans, managing shadow risk management programs and may assist in consulting and support for projects and initiatives to identify and mitigate operational risk in complex business activities
  • Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls; identifying operational risk issues; advising management on risk ratings, drafting detailed reports of findings and recommendations, coordinating production of periodic operational risk performance reports for senior management, including trend analysis and recommendations, drafting relevant procedures documents and more

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • •      Experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk)
  • •        Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
  • •       Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Ability to produce high level summary analysis reports in a meaningful and understandable format
  • •     Ability to consolidate large amounts of data/information to identify key risks, customer impact, financial implications, delays, and issues that pose material risk(s)
  • •        Ability to deliver actionable presentations to business clients
  • •        Regulatory or compliance experience in the electronic payments industry
  • •        Knowledge and understanding of MasterCard and Visa products
  • •        Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) controls
