Job Description:
* Ability to multitask and prioritize the management of a client portfolio
* Coordinate with various sales and fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of disclosures.
* Accountable for timely delivery of Initial Disclosures and Re-disclosures based on TRID guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
* Reports to Disclosure Specialist Manager.
* Compensation structure is an hourly rate

Experience:
* 4-8 years of retail, private banking, or wealth management mortgage originations experience (Operations/Fulfillment or Sales).
* Experience in Client Relationship Management roles.
* Proven track record in loan production while maintaining a large client base.
* Deep knowledge TRID requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
