Position Title:
 Remediation Associate

 Minneapolis, MN 55408


 Mon-Fri 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, Potentially e/o Sat from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM

Contract Duration:
 18-24 Months

This position is working with mortgage lending. This is a call center environment and will be on the phone 100% of the day. Will manage a pipeline of 200-250 claims and will need to touch them every 30 days. It works out to be 10-15 outbound calls per day. Will be talking with customers that have suffered a loss to their home – natural disaster, fire, pipe burst, etc. There will also be inbound phone calls 40-50 on a daily basis spread among 10 associates. It works out to be 5 calls a day per person which last around 10 minutes.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience over the phone in a professional work environment
  • Previous insurance experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree
