Job Description

TITLE                       -  Corporate Governance – Master Scheduler

LOCATION           -  Pasadena, CA

CONTRACT         -  24 Months / 2 years Contact

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide schedule management support for the program management office
2. Implement good schedule baseline management practices in accordance with established policies and procedures, create policies and procedures if they don’t exist
3. Perform schedule variance analysis, utilizing critical path methodology
4. Effectively manage multiple schedules simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity
5. Provide custom reports, schedule risk analysis and prepare schedule briefs to leadership
Skills a Top Candidate Should Have:
1. Expert level with Microsoft Project and/or Project Online and Excel
2. Strong analytical, process mapping and critical thinking skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, demanding environment
5. Ability to organize, prioritize and produce project work with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
1.
Advanced Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint).
2. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence
3. Effective teamwork, integrity, negotiation and collaboration skills
4. Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills
