  • Job Title: Sr. Support Product Manager, Security and Access Control Management, Systems and Tools - User Services
  • Duration: 12+ months  
  • Location: San Francisco, CA.


  • Prior experience in driving authentication, authorization and/or access control management of internal systems and tools.
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams to create and deliver technical solutions in both frontend and backend.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools and process.
  • Strong project management skills who can holistically plan out each milestone leading up to launch
  • Analytically focused and able to leverage business insights to make well informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills to represent User Services when working with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment with geographically dispersed team members
  • Ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant multitasking/content switching
  • Ability to work under limited supervision in defining initial goals and addressing complex issues

Job Requirements


  • BS or master degree in Information Management Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Prior working experience product-managing security, authentication, authorization or access control management.
  • Knowledge or experience working on internal tools in support of an operations team.
  • 5-7 years of product management experience
  • Knowledge of common authentication and authorization technologies including LDAP, certificate-based authentication, role-based-authentication, multi-party-control-on-sensitive-action, API keys, RBAC, etc.
  • Exceptional project and product management skills, with demonstrated experience delivering on a deadline and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
