Loan Servicing Specialist 3

Cash Management Team

Hours are M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm

Successful candidate will work on default loans. All funds, checks and wires, are logged into Excel spreadsheets and then uploaded into an automated program. If the program is not able to process for any reason it will kick the funds out of processing and those items are manually processed by the processors. Processors will then review how funds were originally cut from the loan and then apply funds back to that account.

Cash Management Team processes funds received for claim requests, insurance proceeds on REO properties and attorney refunds. Cash Claims works closely with Investor Services as well as the Default Claims departments. Team processes funds sent via check and wire.

Job Requirements

Experience required:

  • Default/Foreclosure

  • Microsoft Excel

Experience desired:

  • Various applications including- MSP/LPS/CPI, CEO/Treasury, CHUCKY, LYNX

  • Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/Outlook

  • No customer service/phone experience needed!
