Job Description

• Collaborate with other training areas, including HR, Sales, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to continuously improve training compliance across the company


• Consult with managers, directors, functional content providers and VPs on training requirements for their staff. Work with them on how to measure and improve compliance


• Procure/develop/prepare best practice training content


• Provide training delivery and tools for post course effectiveness evaluation


• Manage training logistics as needed and appropriate


• Create, record, evaluate and improve customer-centric success criteria


• Provide formal training courses and certification evaluations as needed


• Develop, publish and present training metrics as needed


• Work with the Learning Management System (LMS) Admins to manage/provide support and training through the LMS (such as: track employee additions, action item notifications, manage curricula and training items, schedule/track training, and compile/publish reports)


• Provide LMS support to internal clients


• Facilitate or manage all required federal, state and notified body regulatory training as well as other required training



• Provide ongoing maintenance of learning and organization development tools and resources

Job Requirements

• Education: Four year college degree, education and or training degree/concentration preferred


• Minimum two years training experience, preferably in a broad operations environment


• Strong project management skills


• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change without losing focus of priorities


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills



• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
