Position: Level 2 Tech Support

Location: New York, NY 10010

Duration: Contract to hire



Must Haves
6+ years' experience with MAC - Must have hands on software/hardware troubleshooting. Must be ACMT Certified.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or an equivalent combination of education.

Nice to Have
JAMF Knowledge - Ramses mentioned this being a very nice to have but not a must. We'd prefer someone with some JAMF experience.
Server Administration
AWS

Basic L2 Tech Needs
Candidates should have advance knowledge of:
o Virtualization Technology - Citrix
o Mobile Technology
o Ticketing Systems
o MS Office 365
o Networking (Cabling, Punch Downs, Cable Testing)
o Azure Systems Management

Candidates should be familiar with:
o Asset Management (ServiceNow)
o Audio Visual Systems
o Enterprise Monitoring
