Job Title: Legal Support |
Location::Broadway New York NY 10019 United States
Pay Rate- $78 to $81.49/hour.
Position Length: 6 to 12 months

* Contract attorney position available within Institutional Equity Division, focusing on trading agreements for equity derivative, prime brokerage and listed derivative businesses.
* Role will focus on negotiating client trading agreements, particularly Prime Brokerage and ISDA agreements for hedge fund clients.
* Candidates should have experience with prime brokerage, financing and lock up agreements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to meet timing deadlines on multiple projects.
* Comfortable working in open trading floor environment.
