CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

Technology Command Center Analyst

HOURS:

It will be a static day shift during training - this will be 4-6 weeks. The hours will depend on the assigned trainer. It could be 7-4, 8-5, 9-6 or 11-8. After training, they will be assigned to one of our teams that work a 12 hour schedule. These teams work four days on/ four days off from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Four days on 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Four days off Four days on 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Four days off Four days on 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Four days off Four days on 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Four days off

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? Major Incident Management. These people would supplement the TCC team - managing high priority incidents via war room.

IDEAL BACKGROUND: #1 would be an Incident Management background. Failing that, we would consider a candidate with exposure to a wide breadth of technology. Not necessarily an expert anywhere, but a good understanding of multiple technologies.

TOP REQUIREMENTS: Ability to multi-task. Motivated to succeed. Dependability. More traits than skillsets, but this is what we look for.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Manage Incidents, resource engagement, documentation, respond to monitoring. Other duties as assigned.

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? ServiceNow, Outlook, Microsoft Office.

What skills/attributes are a must have? Ability to multi-task, highly motivated.
