Role: Production Support Engineer
Location: Reston, VA(Hybrid Role)
Duration: 12+ Months with possible extensions
Job Responsibilities
Production support engineer
24*7 production support environment
Will be supporting on perm underwriting and cloud-based applications - 40%/60% ratio.
Providing on call support in a month
Cloud/ Sysops experience is needed here
Linux/Unix experience is needed here.
Experience with SQL Queries - Joins/Complex Queries/Triggers/Stored Procedure
Scripting experience is needed here - Python/Perl/Shell/Korn/Bash/KSH/CSH/Unix Script
Ticketing system knowledge would be a plus - ServiceNow/SFDC/Remedy etc..
Experience with Splunk/Dynatrace
CICD - Jenkins knowledge would be a plus.
Cucumber knowledge would be a plus.
Middleware application experience is not needed here.
