Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking an IT Customer Service Help Desk Technician for an opportunity with a client located in Haslet, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to product application support questions from customers regarding the company's software

  • Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action

  • Recommends solutions to customer application questions

  • May utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems

  • May establish and maintain systems that provide answers to common questions and problems

Requirements:

  • A college graduate or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years experience working in a Help Desk call center environment

  • Remote Desktop Troubleshooting

  • Technical support, customer service, and software or mobile device support experience

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

  • May be working towards relevant professional qualification

    Basic use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts

  • Knowledge base generally acquired from university degree or equivalent coursework or after gaining the requisite experience in either the Business Support or Operations Career Streams

  • Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope and complexity

  • Uses readily available information and follows standard practices and procedures

  • Work is closely managed and reviewed regularly

  • Follows specific, outlined, and detailed procedures

  • Personality, Good attitude, and patience are top priority

Duration: 9 Months Contract (Possible Extension/Conversion to perm)
