Job Description


•             Write clear and engaging content, including learning courses, agent articles, job aids, videos, and interactive job aids.

•             Work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand key agent needs, set content goals, and iterate until those goals are met

•             Partner with other writers within the organization to leverage, share ideas, and make recommendations that apply broadly across multiple channels or platforms

•             For your writing projects, lead the content process, drive decisions, create schedules, and track issues.

•             Validate your deliverables by performing content reviews, observing usability testing and responding to agent feedback

•             Use data and agent and customer insights to determine biggest problems to solve and develops solutions

•             Innovate, share and explore creative new ideas on how to improve the content experience

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

•             Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a scientific or engineering field or equivalent

•             Have instructional design experience and worked with e-learning software

•             Extensive writing and/or content development experience

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including mastery of English language, grammar, structure and punctuation, and able to write accurate yet concise content

•             A proven track record on projects that translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand articles

•             Work samples that use an engaging, conversational tone to give your target audience confidence in their ability to perform tasks and the feeling that you care

•             Talent at conceiving and creating annotated screen shots to illustrate key points. Experience writing scripts for short instructional videos or tutorials

•             Superior organizational and time-management skills; demonstrated effectiveness managing multiple priorities and deadlines

•             Strong project management skills; ability to function as project leader as well as individual contributor

•             Sees (and seeks) opportunities for improvement, and acts on them

•             Team player – willing and able to pitch in whenever and wherever needed, “can-do” attitude

•             Thrives in an ever-changing environment
