We are looking for a contract Product Manager to help us improve the tools and technology that we use to manage our support Agents.  Our client on boards thousands of agents each year during peak season to help our Small Business and Tax customers. There are many tools that lack automation needed to efficiently provision agents on to these tools. This Product Manager will work to understand the requirements needed for automated provisioning across ~30 target systems.
A successful Product manager must have a solid understanding of Identity and Access management concepts and strong communication skills in order to partner with target system owners and the vendors associated with those systems.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and primarily work with Group Product Manager to gather customer information, develop user stories and build collateral to roll out solutions that align with the companys vision and security strategy while offering seamless workforce productivity.
Location – onsite in Mountain View

Duration – 6 months with extension

Job Requirements

Security professional experienced in Identity and Access Management domain is a MUST.
Primarily support another Product Manager in building out the collateral intended for internal and external audience
Will be responsible for building collateral such as requirements documentation in Jira, developing workflows using PPT, Visio, etc. based on discussions with Product Manage
Help Product Manager develop release notes until automation is achieved, develop FAQs and WF Care training material required for support of all WFT Security products.
Proficient in Oracle Identity and Access Management, Multi Factor Authentication, Governance and Risk Compliance and the ability to quickly grasp is a PLUS.
Candidate to provide writing samples to showcase tech writing abilities
