IAM Support Analyst

We have a major oil & gas client that is looking for an IAM Support Analyst.

IAM Support Analyst duties

  • The IAM support analyst – L2 is end to end responsible for support and delivery of the portfolio in the IT Service Operations organization providing efficient and effective services. IAM support analyst – L2 is to ensure incident/problem raised is resolved, and play an integration role, to ensure respective support team (eg: interface/vendor) is engaged and resolution is provided as per the SLA.
  • Use end-to-end ITIL processes and tools (such as Service Manager, Vendor customer portal) in order to manage incidents and awareness of problems, changes, assets, and service interruptions. Lack of attention to proper processes and tools could impact the SLA with the Business.
  • Take full ownership of incident tickets assigned (via Service Manager/Service Now) and route secondary ticket/email to the appropriate team. (eg: IMS/DDF) until issue/problem is resolved.
  • Understand IAM landscape and architecture to manage end to end operational support across multiple vendors.
  • Be part of the support team, assist and provide advice to IAM L1 Support Analysts for interaction ticket if necessary
  • Assist and provide advice to IAM L1 Support Analysts for any related to Compliance Control related matter
  • Lead and manage IAM Service communication (S@R, Situation, Change notification Letter)
  • Manage and coordinate the IAM SSL Certification renewal and the FAAS certificate renewal for IAM.
  • End to end responsible for IAM Service support work instruction and IAM Operation Support Manual (OLA) document update and evergreening.
  • Coordinate data related activities if/when IAM security model changes.
  • Participate in project activities such as User Acceptance Testing, documentation review, design walkthrough, Agree to operate and etc.
