Position : IAM Engineer

Location : Tempe, AZ

NOTES from the Hiring Manager:

Ø  Should familiar with CA SSO 12.5 or 12.8

Ø  Familiar with Designed view architecture, Configure policies

Ø  Implementation 100-200 application on CA SSO platform.


Must Have Skills

Ø  CA SiteMinder

Ø  CA Secure Proxy Server (SPS) /Access Gateway

Ø  Should have in Exp of CA 5-7 yrs.

Ø  Ability to manage a team

Ø  CA is a product required lot of development and implementation

Ø  Splunk

Ø  Hands on exp. with CA Advanced Authentication suite

Ø  Experience with the Implementation of 100-200 application on CA SSO platform.



•        Minimum 7 years’ experience in SSO products such as Siteminder, ForgeRock, Oracle Access Manager

•        Expert level knowledge in CA SSO installation setup in HA

•        In depth understanding of SSO, SAML2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect protocol

•        Hands on experience on CA SSO 12.8 suite with special emphasis on setting up CA Secure Proxy Server (SPS) /Access Gateway.

•        Hands on with CA Advanced Authentication suite (CA Secure Auth and Risk Based Auth)

•        Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP and directory technologies

•        Hands on experience with federation services, setting up partner federation, troubleshooting issues

•        Extensive hands on experience on setting up CA SSO policies, configuring web gates and troubleshooting..

•        Extensive knowledge of CA SSO REST APIs

•        Good understanding of J2EE, Web Services (SOAP, REST)

Job Requirements


•         Hands on UNIX knowledge including shell, Perl or Python scripting

•         Hands on Splunk querying and dashboards

General development skills

•         An understanding of the interdependencies between business and technical environments for identity provisioning, identity infrastructure, and authentication services

•         Excellent communication skills

•         Participate in delivery and support IAM services

•         Interact with various business units to design and deliver solutions and support production systems

•         Ability to analyze, develop and implement complex programming solutions.

•         Experience in Agile software development process

•         Strong skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues

•         Work with stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions

•         Communicate effectively, efficiently and work closely with other teams to ensure we're building the best products

•         Experience in performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

•         Experience with software version control tools (SVN, Git, etc.)

•         Experience setting up and applying continuous integration practices (Jenkins or else)
