  • Job Title: HR SOLUTIONS SUPPORT III

    Location: Mount Joy, PA & Manheim, PA (Onsite)

    Duration: 3+ months Contract

    Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM-5PM

    Typical Duties

    - Provides consultative geographically based HR professional services, guidance and coaching to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.

    - Coaches managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completely appropriately and on time.

    - Functions in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics.

    - Conducts employee orientations and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies

    as developed by the parent organization.

    Job Examples

    - Acts as a liaison between assigned business unit/function and the corporate HR department, including Site/Country/Region HR, Employee Relations, Process Optimization, Rotation Associates, etc.

    - Assists managers in interpreting human resources policies or administering programs.

    - Provides support to a client group of managers and employees at GM+3 and below.

    - May assists in recruiting or administration of compensation and benefit programs.

    Knowledge Level

    - Applies advanced skills and knowledge in area of specialization, typically acquired through relevant work experience (3+ years).

    - Completion of an AA degree or equivalent may be preferred though not required.

    Key Competencies/ Knowledge Application

    - Requires judgment and basic problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks.

    Job Scope/Complexity

    - Duties and tasks are more complex and less routine.

    - May creatively adapt procedures, techniques, and/or equipment to meet job requirements.
