Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Support

Job location: Greenwood Village, CO
Duration: 12 Months

 

Responsibilities:

•        Provide First Class tier 1 and tier 2 technical troubleshooting and assistance for customer inquiries, requests and issues via phone call, instant message, and email Uphold the service standards and expectations in accordance with documented Key Performance Indicators Develop processes, procedures, documentation of standard troubleshooting and software installation and ensure that processes are up to date Continually look for automation opportunities of Help Desk functions Act as liaison between various groups within the department and company to aid in timely resolution Qualifications

•        Working knowledge of Mac/Windows operating systems, iOS, Mobile Devices and Standard Peripheral Devices Adapts to rapidly changing priorities with strong time management and accountability Self-motivated to further develop technical skills Display innovative qualities.

•         Generate suggestions for continuous improvement and develop innovative approaches and ideas.

•        Team player with strong communication, project and personal management skills Flexibility to cover any shift during the Help Desk hours of operation – 6 am to 5 pm

Job Requirements

Preferred Who has Windows and Mac Experience.
