Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Coordinator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire)


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal or external inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
  • May assist in performing minor troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to PC’s, applications software and basic information systems communications.
  • Typing 20 to 25 words per minute this will require availability to work from 7:00am to 9:00pm and weekends (Saturday) - on-call support as well after hours.



Education:
High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent



Experience:
2+ years experience in troubleshooting PCs



Knowledge/Skills:
Must have pharmacy experience and the shifts available or for later morning, afternoon and closing.

Working knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware and PC operating systems.
