Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • *VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE WITH STARTING TIMES PRIMARILY BETWEEN 8 AM - 10 PM, MON-FRI.
  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree or IT-related work experience). 
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Punctuality is a must.
  • Intermediate Active Directory experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal and/or external groups of personnel.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
  • Requires strong analytical, problem analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.
  • Decisions made with general *understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
