Job Description:

Help Desk Analyst will provide general technical support of Mobility Hardware and Mobile Applications. The responsibilities will include providing end user and system support to the Mobility Community. Essential job functions will include the following: 
•    Configuring and troubleshooting multiple mobile devices including but not limited to:
     o    iOS iPads/iPhones
     o    Android Smart Phones and Tablets
•    Configure users' mobile devices for Client mobile apps, and Multifactor Authentication solutions
•    Install, troubleshoot, configure and document changes required to make identified applications to work in the mobile device environment
•    Troubleshoot, provide work-around, and permanent fixes to issues identified in the mobile device environment
•    Resolve Remedy incidents opened on Mobility support services
•    Manage device retirements, wipes and configurations 
•    End user Password resets via Active Directory tool

Applicant will be required to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively. This group is expected to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines. Applicant would also have the ability to work 7X24 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The hours for the position will be normal business hours during the first couple of weeks for training, and then the resource would transition to a weekend shift with the following assigned hours:

Monday – 8a-12p (4 hours)

Friday – 8a-8p (12 hours)

Saturday – 8a-8p (12 Hours)

Sunday – 8a-8p (12 hours)
