Position: Oracle Functional Support Analyst (Payroll)

Location: Tampa, FL


Duration 6-month C-H

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

  • Working knowledge of key business processes including procure to pay, order to cash, payroll
  • Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot BPM workflows
  • Competent in CLOUD OTBI analysis and reports
  • Competent using basic SQL queries
  • Experienced in supporting Oracle CLOUD Financials and/or HCM suites
  • Knowledge of technology change request processes
  • Experience with Kronos/Dimensions, Fast Path, Risk Management a plus

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

  • Provide application support of all assigned applications by troubleshooting problems to determine if they are data, configuration and/or software defect related issues and take appropriate actions to get them resolved
  • Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to understand system requirements
  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert on projects or in work groups tasked with implementing business process improvements
  • Record all information related to incidents and problems in call logging software, including vendor provided call logging software
  • Perform application configuration tasks as required
  • Assist in testing all major releases/updates
  • Analyze root cause of problems, recommend resolution and preventative measures
  • Share knowledge with technical and functional support analysts
  • Performs other duties as necessary.



MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) and 3-5 years of relevant experience
